Each year, we conduct a Safe, Caring and Inclusive School (SCIS) Survey for students, staff and parents/guardians to complete online. The survey includes questions about teaching and learning, relationships, safety, and school environment.

The purpose of the survey is to:

  • Provide us with information about the experiences of our students, staff and families;
  • Provide us with information to help with decisions to expand programs and/or provide resources to help students from all cultures, faith groups and learning exceptionalities, and;
  • Ensure that we continue to support safe, caring and inclusive environments.

The survey for parents and guardians is available until May 12, 2017. It should take less than 30 minutes to complete. The survey is anonymous, and you can skip any question or stop participating in the survey at any time.

Results from the surveys will be used to provide reports for that will help us plan or revise our SCIS initiatives at Forest Hill.
