Each May, Speech and Hearing Month provides an opportunity to raise awareness about communication disorders and the work of WRDSB Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Communicative Disorders Assistants (CDAs) do in helping our students to communicate and engage in learning. These staff address a broad range of communication challenges impacting everyday life for our students, and this has not changed in the face of COVID-19. Our SLPs and CDAs continue to find ways to support their students either by phone, online or in person.

Join us in marking this month and recognizing the dedication of our staff on social media. Tag @WRDSB_SLPs_CDAs and @wrdsb on Twitter, so we can help to amplify the incredible work of WRDSB staff and students.
