Hello Forest Hill Families:

Families now have the opportunity to request a change in a child’s mode of learning (from in-person to distance learning or from distance learning to in-person).

Please note that this change will be for the remainder of the school year.

Students shifting to in-person learning will start on Thursday, February 18, 2021
Students shifting to distance learning will start on Monday, February 22, 2021
In the meantime, children will stay in their current in-person or distance learning programs.

Deadline: Requests must be submitted by 11:59 PM on Friday January 15th.

ONLY families that wish to CHANGE learning modes should complete this form.
