The colour booklet in the package explains the project and how it can support learning and well-being for all at Forest Hill.
The ‘HERO traits’ will become an important part of our learning community.

Student Surveys
With the permission of parents/guardians, all students are invited to take part in surveys in October, February and May.
These surveys happen at school with trained research assistants. All student information gathered will be treated confidentially.
Please sign and return the CONSENT FORM in the package.

Parent/Guardian Surveys
You are invited to complete the parent/guardian survey in the package.
