Attendance Line

Our Attendance Line is  519-578-5480 ext. 1 and is a 24hr line. Please ensure that you call this number any time your child will be late or absent.

Mrs. Gilbert and Mrs. Snyder really appreciate receiving the messages left on our attendance voice mail. It greatly reduces the number of calls that we have to make, ensuring the safety of our students in a timely manner. Thank you so much!!!

If you need to speak to your child’s teacher feel free to drop by or call the office and we would be happy to deliver a message for you. You may also leave a voice mail message for your child’s teacher by calling 519-578-5480, ext 2 and follow the directions given.  There is a staff list available here if you need it.

Teachers are notified by email that they have a voice mail message and can even listen to it on the computer! So they will receive their voice mail messages in a timely manner.

Please do not leave attendance messages on the teachers’ voice mail.

Emergency Location

If for any reason we need to close our school in an emergency situation (gas leak etc.), our emergency location is Faith Lutheran Church (located right beside the school at 247 Westmount Road East, Kitchener). Parents would pick up their children from that location rather than the school for safety reasons.
